Apple Watch messages default replies switched to spanish and cannot be reset to english

Summary: My Apple Watch’s Messages default replies have set themselves to Spanish and I can’t figure out how to switch them back to English I’ve checked every setting on both the watch and my phone that seems applicable and nothing seems to have an effect. See attached screenshot Steps to Reproduce: I don’t know how to reproduce this bug :( Expected Results: messages default replies should stay in english Actual Results: messages default replies are in spanish and I don’t know how to fix them Regression: First appeared in Watch OS 8.2 (12S507) Notes: See attached screenshot
