Summary: Every time a Finder window is minimized, then restored, the side panel flickers. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a Finder window. 2. Minimize it into the Dock. 3. Restore the window from the Dock. Expected Results: The Finder window should have no graphical glitching. Actual Results: The Finder window side panel flickers when it's restored. Version: OS X El Capitan 10.11 (15A178w) Notes: Doing a Safe Boot didn't fix the problem. Configuration: If the Reduce transparency is turned on in Accessibility, this glitch doesn't occur.
