Siri Responds to Very Few Queries in iOS 9

Summary:
I could only get Siri to respond to "Hey Siri" this morning. Other queries (screenshots attached) met with the sound that she definitely heard me, and a change in the blurred background, but no response from Siri.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ask Siri anything - see screenshots for examples. She doesn't respond

Expected Results:
Siri should respond to everything I say

Actual Results:
Siri does not respond to everything I say

iPhone 6 64GB Verizon, on Wi-Fi
