Summary: Sometimes, when viewing Spotlight, the News section doesn't load for 5 or more seconds. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Spotlight 2. See if News is there Expected Results: All sections of Spotlight should load instantly when I swipe to it Actual Results: News sometimes takes 5 or more seconds to load in
