The power save mode doesn't really work

Summary:
Even though the power save mode is enabled, the device is losing massive amounts of energy (even in standby mode). For example: device was on 19% before going to standby, 20 minutes later it was at 13% (even though power save mode was enabled and the device wasn't working on something).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable power save mode
2. Check the battery life from time to time
3. Sometimes you'll notice it

Expected Results:
The power save mode should help to conserve the battery life.

Actual Results:
It doesn't conserve the battery life.
