iOS 9 / Settings: Can't search for crash logs

1. Go to Settings 2. Tap on the search box 3. Type one of these keywords: Usage, Diagnostics, Crash, Log Expected: Find the crash log screen, which is in Privacy → Diagnostics & Usage → Diagnostics & Usage Data Actually: Nope. Not there. Also: rdar://21373205
