Mail: photo picker opened from keyboard has the popover all wrong

1. Be on iPad 2. Open Mail 3. Start a new message 4. Tap on the camera icon on the keyboard shortcuts bar Result: the photo picker’s popover is awkwardly pointing to the top ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Expected: the popover pointer should point at the camera icon on the keyboard. Probably.
