Formatting keyboard shortcuts don't work in Apple's Wiki service

Summary: A few years ago users of the Wiki service using Safari lost the ability to use keyboard shortcuts such as cmd-b or cmd-i to make selected text bold or italic respectively. This bug greatly reduces productivity of those who prefer to stick with Safari over other options. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start to edit a Wiki page served by the Wiki service on Appleās Server.app 15S2126s running on OS X 10.11 (Build 15A178w) 2. Select some text and press either cmd-b or cmd-i Expected Results: The text has become bold or italic. Actual Results: The formatting of the text did not change. Notes: The formatting keyboard shortcuts are available in Google's Chrome browser.
