Staged rollout

Please give us the option for a staged rollout of new versions of a app. Currently we have to do a big bang release to millions of customers - and if there is a problem in the new version we have to wait about 11 days for a fix - or even min. 2 days if we made a expedited review.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Release a new version
2. Have problems

Expected Results:
Staged rollout to 10% of users - see if all fine and then release to 100% - if not make a bugfix and release to 100%

Actual Results:
All customers get a update - if they have problems with the new version they have to wait a long time for a fix
