Maps 2.0: Textfield doesn't scroll correctly

Summary:
When you try to report a problem and select “My Problem isn’t listed” a textfield appears. If you enter a longer text you can’t scroll to the bottom and the text gets cut off

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Maps 2.0
2. Click on Maps in the menu select Report a Problem…
3. In the popup select my Problem isn’t listed
4. press continue and a textfield appears
5. paste the following text : 
When you enter a longer text
the scrollview will 
cut off 
this

Expected Results:
I can scroll to the bottom and the last line (in this case the word this) will be visible

Actual Results:
the last line always scrolls out of sight
