Xcode Playgrounds should show Raw Markup in Assistant Editor

Summary:
The toggle for showing Raw Markup applies to all editor windows/views. I would love to be able to show Rendered and Raw Markup side by side with the Assistant Editor

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create or Open an Xcode 7 playground
2. Show an Assistant Editor
3. Toggle 'Raw Markup' in the Editor menu

Expected Results:
I should be able to show Rendered Markup in one editor, and the Raw in another.

Actual Results:
Raw/Rendered Markup is a global option affecting all editors.
