Safari 9.0: Amazon AWS Console formats strangely

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) console (console.aws.amazon.com) has a serious formatting issue in Safari 9 that I do not experience in Safari 8. Not sure if it’s a bug with their CSS or with Safari 9, but it’s probably a popular website, so I thought I should file a bug for it.
