Apple Music Does Not Sync "Now Playing" or "Up Next" Across Devices

Summary: Apple Music and iTunes do not sync what the user is currently playing or has queued up next across devices. Steps to Reproduce: Use Apple Music on multiple devices. Expected Results: I expected to be able to use a single, unified queue on all my devices. Actual Results: I’m only able to use one individual queue per device.
