iOS 9: Home Screen icons squished when iPad starts in landscape

Summary:
If you reboot an iPad and it’s in landscape orientation when it first unlocks, the home screen icons are squished together. This is fixed via rotation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot an iPad.
2. While the device is in landscape orientation, unlock the device to go to the Home Screen.

Expected Results:
The Home Screen icons are in the correct location.

Actual Results:
The Home Screen icons are squished (see screenshot).
