App Store doesn't show what is going to update

Summary:
When App Store find update, it only notify number of updates, I cannot find out what is going to update. I can only select "Update all" and after that the button gets disabled and without any information about progress of update App store update it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. An update is available
2. Open App Store
3. Select tab with Updates

Expected Results:
It should show me available updates to download.

Actual Results:
It shows me nothing, only white space and line below
