NSURLResponse.suggestedFilename returns String? in Swift, but promises String

The documentation for NSURLResponse.suggestedFilename indicates:

“Accessing this property always returns a valid filename…” It further promises to return “unknown” as a last resort.

However, the function returns String?. It should return String.
