App launching with launch image that doesnt cover the statur bar

Summary:
When an app is launched from the springboard, launch image does not cover the status bar. Once the app finishes launching however, it adjusts itself correctly. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch an app. 

Expected Results:
The app to launch with launch image fullscreen. 

Actual Results:
Launch image does not cover the status bar

Regression:
iOS 9 b3. iPhone 6. Always
