Error when adding address in Contacts

Summary:
When trying to add an address to a contact, the input is not shown

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Contacts
Open a contact
tap edit
tap add address
input isn't shown

Expected Results:
text should be shown

Actual Results:
text not shown

New information added:

Problem seems to be somehow related specifically to United Kingdom fields or input - I changed my region to United States, and the problem didn't happen.

I then reverted to United Kingdom, and it occurs again.
