Timer doesn't tap or make sound when it reaches zero.

Summary:
When a timer reaches zero, there is no audio alert or tap.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the timer app on the watch
2. Set a timer for 1 minute
3. Press start
4. Wait for 1 minutes

Expected Results:
a) Watch taps repeatedly
b) Watch plays sound alert

Actual Results:
No audio or tap indication that timer has completed. However the watch does display “Timer Done” when you look at it.

Regression:
Does not occur in WatchOS 1.1
