Uploading build to iTunes Connect Errors

Summary:
When trying to upload a build to iTunes Connect from Xcode 7.0 beta 3 or from the Application Loader for Xcode 7.0 beta 3, the upload will fail with an error.  The error is attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Product -> Archive
2. Archive the build
3. Choose ‘Upload to App Store…’
4. Uploading results in error

Expected Results:
I expected the app to be uploaded for beta testing.

Actual Results:
Getting an error every time, no matter how I try to upload it.
