FaceTime: Calls answered on one device appear as missed calls

Summary: If I answer a phone call on one device, all devices that have FaceTime turned on will add that call as a missed call. But it isn’t missed, I answered it. Further, if I do actually miss a call, dismissing it on one device does not dismiss it everywhere else.
