keyboard lacks forward and back buttons

Summary:
In iOS 9 public beta, the very useful and important forward and back arrows or buttons are missing.

Steps to Reproduce:
open safari or any browser
go to a site where you need to fill in a form
enter something in first field
there is no forward button or back button or forward arrow or back arrow.

Expected Results:
in previous iOS, these forward and back arrows were present

Actual Results:
no forward or back arrow

Version:
iOS 9 public beta

Notes:
I have attempted to show two screen shots; one showing iOS 8 with arrows and the other with iOS 9 without arrows

Configuration:
ipad air 1 wifi 32gb

'image.jpeg' and 'image.png' were successfully uploaded.

Comments

Seems fixed in iOS beta 4 - the arrows now appear on the right-hand side of the keyboard, and are shown as up and down chevrons.
