Analog clock doesn't have same margins from bottom of menu bar as other icons

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View OS X menu bar.
2. Click on clock and select “View as analog”
3. Notice that icon bottom margin is almost touching bottom of menu bar, when other icons are a few pixels higher.

Expected Results:
The icon should have a bigger margin from the bottom of the menu bar.

Actual Results:
There is hardly any margin from the bottom of the menu bar.
