"Accessibility" product asks only for OS X version

Summary:
This is a trivial, almost cosmetic bug.

When selecting the Accessibility product in the bug reporting tool, one of the fields is titled "OS X Version/Build". However, iOS has lots of accessibility features too, so the title of this field should be "OS X or iOS Version/Build".

Not caring about your bug reporting tool is not caring about your bug reports and bug reporters. Sending information-less canned responses that don't even apply (check new Apple releases for updates?) also shows no respect to people who file bugs.
