Consider a target-based context menu item for creating a new Scheme

Summary: In the course of debugging various build problems in Xcode, I inevitably find myself adding "one-off" schemes. Schemes for specific nested targets which I don't normally want cluttering up my list of shared schemes. It would be very handy if Xcode supplied a "New Scheme..." contextual menu item in the menu that appears when you right-click on a target in a given project. See attached screenshot for an illustration.
