Clicking "Set Default..." in Safari preferences does not appear to do anything.

Summary: See report title. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Chrome and set it as your default browser. 2. Open Safari preferences. 3. Note that it states “Safari is not your default web browser.” 4. Click “Set Default…” Expected Results: The default web browser notification appears and Safari becomes the default web browser. Actual Results: Nothing happens. The message remains and Chrome remains my default web browser.
