Medical ID Done Button Jumps

Summary:
Provide a descriptive summary of the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lock your iPhone
2. Swipe to passcode screen.
3. Tap the Emergency button.
4. Tap Medical ID button.

Expected Results:
The Done button is positioned correctly as the Medical ID screen is presented.

Actual Results:
The Done button jumps to a new location when the screen finishes it’s animated presentation.

Regression:
This always occurs in this configuration.
