Summary:
Erase All Content & Settings under actions menu doesn't ask for confirmation of action.

Steps to Reproduce:
Select an iOS device
Go to Actions, Advanced, Erase All Content & Settings

Expected Results:
A dialog should ask if you are sure you want to erase the device, similar to the 2 prompts that occur on iOS itself.

Actual Results:
Device is erased immediately.
