NSString extension functions from NSPathUtilities are not usable on String

NSString functions like lastPathComponent are no long usable on String in beta 5. They should.

This issue behaves as intended based on the following:

These APIs are no longer supported and should not be exposed on String. We recommend you use NSURL instead.
