Xcode-beta (7A176x): Swift should have a feature to let us express type-erased generics without implementing them

I can implement my own type-erased AnyProtocol<T> classes similar to AnySequence but it’d be nice if they were not necessary and Swift let us express them directly as Protocol<T>.
