Summary:
With the iOS 9 SDK that came with Xcode 7.0 Beta 5, method canEvaluatePolicy changed back from:

func canEvaluatePolicy(_ policy: LAPolicy) throws

to:

public func canEvaluatePolicy(policy: LAPolicy, error: NSErrorPointer) -> Bool

Steps to Reproduce:
N/A

Expected Results:
canEvaluatePolicy is declared as func canEvaluatePolicy(_ policy: LAPolicy) throws

Actual Results:
canEvaluatePolicy is declared as public func canEvaluatePolicy(policy: LAPolicy, error: NSErrorPointer) -> Bool

Therefore, a lot of compiler errors.
