Summary:
The documentation of Apple Notification Center Service (ANCS) explains there can be actions with a notification. With iMessage messages, a notification always has a "Reply" action when interacting with the notification from the phone. However, iOS does not provide a way to invoke this action through ANCS.

The request: provide a way to reply through ANCS to iMessage messages.
