Xcode quick help broken for Swift initializers

Summary:
option + clicking an initializer in Swift does not display quick help documentation (see screenshot)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Swift struct/class with a custom init
2. Write docs for the init
3. option + click the method to see docs
4. "No Quick Help" will display

Expected Results:
Quick help for initializers should display exactly like functions/methods

Actual Results:
Quick help does not display for initializers
