Colon on Chinese keyboard should input full-width colon even after numeric characters

While using Chinese Pinyin keyboard, pressing colon key inputs half-width colon “:” if the previous character is a number like 1, 2, 3. It should input full-width colon “：” no matter what the previous character is for both consistency and Chinese users’s habit.
