Summary:
If ABPersonViewController is shown on iOS 9 with `setHighlightedItemForProperty`, a blank page is shown and the console logs:

	[CNUI ERROR] error calling service - Couldn’t communicate with a helper application.

My code:

	ABPersonViewController *abPersonViewController = [[ABPersonViewController alloc] init];
	abPersonViewController.allowsEditing = YES;
	abPersonViewController.displayedPerson = recordRef;
	abPersonViewController.displayedProperties = nil;
	abPersonViewController.shouldShowLinkedPeople = YES;
	abPersonViewController.personViewDelegate = self;
	[abPersonViewController setHighlightedItemForProperty:kABPersonAddressProperty withIdentifier:personAddressMultiValueIdentifier]; // this line is the culprit! when it's commented out, the view controller is displayed correctly
	[navigationController pushViewController:abPersonViewController animated:YES];
