ABUnknownPersonViewController: disappearing navigation bar

 
When using ABUnknownPersonViewController in iOS 9, the navigation bar disappears after selecting "Add to Existing Contact".

To reproduce, run the attached "ABPersonBug" sample project, then tap "Add to Existing Contact", then "Cancel".

The navigation bar disappears and going back in no more possible.
