New tv is too bright and hurts my eyes

Summary:
The all-white tv UI is very bright. It's nice during the day but is actually painful at night.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on tv when you're tired at night
2. Squint and cringe

Expected Results:
I expect a "dark mode" like in OS X

Version:
New tv released in September 2015

Notes:
I can also reproduce this issue in the Apple TV Simulator (screenshot attached)
