Summary:
WCSession.defaultSession().sendMessage is not working.
Furthermore reachable=NO.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute the following in the iPhone app side.
	WCSession* session = [WCSession defaultSession];
	session.delegate = self;
	[session activateSession];


2. Execute the following in the watchKit2 app side.
	WCSession* session = [WCSession defaultSession];
	session.delegate = self;
	[session activateSession];

3. Execute [session sendMessage:replyHandler:errorHandler] in the watchKit2 app side.
   

Expected Results:
Succeed sendMessage.

Actual Results:
Received errorHandler. The received error is "code=7007 WatchConnectivity session on paired decice is not reachable.".

I resolved this.

Resolution:
* Deletes InfoPlist.strings(ja) which has "CFBundleDisplayName" in the WatchAppFolder.
