Please allow emoji characters in App Store's "What's New in This Version" text

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an iOS app on iTunes Connect.
2. In the Versions tab, add an emoji character in "What's New in This Version"
3. Click Save.

Expected Results:
Save succeeds.

Actual Results:
Save fails with invalid character error.

Notes:
As you well know, emoji characters are fun and expressive. As such it’d be great to be able to use them in App Store update notes. Thanks for your consideration.
