Summary: The folder /usr/local is not writable after deleting The folder could be deleted with sudo, but not recreated with sudo. If you disable SIP and create the folder and enable SIP again, the contents of the folder can not b modified and no new files could be created. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Upgrade to 10.11 2. Delete /usr/local with sudo rights 3. Disable SIP 4. Create /usr/local 4. Enable SIP Expected Results: /usr/local is writable Actual Results: /usr/local is not writable Version: 10.11/15A282b
