Group Calendars can't be activated in Wiki

Summary:
Group Calendars can't be activated in Wiki since the checkbox to do so is greyed out.

Steps to Reproduce:
Buy 10k€ of Apple hardware
Install Yosemite 10.10.5 and every other available Update on that Mac mini.
Create keys and install certificates.
Verify that FQDN in DNS is working correctly.
Install Server.app 4.1.5
Run it to install the server components.
Create a group and users.
Activate Wiki and Calendar.
Login to Wiki, go to Wiki Settings to activate a group calendar.


Expected Results:
Checkbox for Calendar should be black and selectable.

Actual Results:
Calendar Check Box is always greyed out. Using Group Calendars is impossible in Server 4.1.5.

Regression:
This mostly worked acceptable in OS X 10.6.8 Server, 10.8.5 server and 10.9.x server. At least is was possible to activate group calendars for a Wiki.

Notes:
This is a clean setup on freshly unpacked Apple hardware. Not a single bit had been migrated from anywhere else as that doesn't work anyway.

Configuration:
Yosemite 10.10.5, Server 4.1.5, Newly purchased mini 2015, 256SSD, 16GB
