Summary:
Notes on the El Capitan GM requires the high performance GPU.  It should not.

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Notes.  Open Activity Monitor, go to the Energy tab, find Notes, see that it requires the high performance GPU.

Expected Results:
Notes should not require the high performance GPU.

Actual Results:
Notes requires the high performance GPU.
