On iOS 9 the Cancel and Print bar buttons on UIPrintInteractionController are grey (appeared as disabled)

On iOS 8, the Print button on the UIPrintInteractionController popover was blue to indicate that it is enabled. On iOS 9, the Print and Cancel buttons on UIPrintInteractionController now in darker grey (which appear as if they are disabled) but they are actually enabled. The buttons are blue on the iPhone.
