CNContact should have a NSDate property for lastModified or lastInserted

Summary:
I'd like to be able to determine when a CNContact was last modified or inserted/created.  

Possible duplicate of #22797702

Steps to Reproduce:
There is no property for when a CNContact was last modified.

Expected Results:
CNContact should have a date property for when it was last modified, similar to ABRecord's value for "kABPersonModificationDateProperty"

Actual Results:
There is no property.
