Support Handoff from iOS / watchOS devices on tvOS

In order to create simple mechanisms for Apple TVs to authenticate, continue application use and add siri/spotlight search, It would be useful for tvOS to support handoff.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Application in iPhone, and then switch to tvOS

Expected Results:
tvOS shows option to continue use of application on Apple TV

Actual Results:
No support
