Hyphenation in TextKit is based on currentLocale when using hypenationFactor

When hyphenationFactor is set on a NSMutableParagraphStyle or a NSLayoutManager, the language for the hyphenation is set by the currentLocale. This is a problem when displaying text of a language different from the users current locale. It would be nice to specify the of a rendered text to influence hyphenation.
