Spotlight layout is messed after swiping up on certain apps such as Notes

Spotlight loses its layout properties after Swipe Up action is performed on certain open applications (like Notes.app). Screen recording attached to exemplify bug. Bug does NOT transpire if Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion is turned ON. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Notes 2. Double tap Home button 3. Swipe Up on Notes (to close the app) 4. Swipe Right to open Spotlight Expected Results: No change in Spotlight layout constraints / properties; should be as normal. Actual Results: Top part of Spotlight layout spills into the status bar, i.e. losing constraints. Version: iOS 9.0, iOS 9.0.1 Notes: No crash logs or warnings are generated.
