Summary:
There’s no option to switch the Siri language to Bulgarian

Steps to Reproduce:
In Siri’s settings when trying to choose a language, there’s no option for Bulgarian

Expected Results:
There should be an option to choose Bulgarian and have Siri recognize the Bulgarian language
When talking to Siri in Bulgarian, there’re no results

Actual Results:
There’s no option in the Siri settings to choose Buglarian
Siri doesn’t understand when spoken to in Bulgarian 

Regression:
Affects all versions of Siri
