Siri (German) should be more intuitive to remind about Handoff tasks

"Erinnere mich an diesen Inhalt" works but is rather unintuitive. "Erinnere mich hieran" or "Erinnere mich daran" would be more straight-forward.

This issue has been verified as resolved and can be closed. Interestingly, I verified this even works in iOS 9.1 now.
