Siri "Remind me" should work with places

When the app sets a Handoff NSUserActivity with a place or address (contentAttributeSet.latitude/longitude) , "Remind me about this when I'm nearby" or "Remind me about this when I arrive there" should place the geofence around the Handoff location, not the current user location.
